After the long procedure approval from the RBI has finally been cleared and the amount will be shown and credited in the account within 24-40 hours according to MAIL from RBI allotted. 

This was been cleared through SUPRITENDENT Judge of SUPREME COURT OF UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and as we kniw now there can't be any changes on this clearance issues. 

As MOU must be cleared before 02/07/2018 and as per our records and knowledge it will be assurely signed by the ruling party before 02/07/18 night 00:00. 

As per our conversation records we are confirm that they will be just signing with two MOU'S before their time period. As per the conditions of payment  they have this might be the situation. 

Still the time of MOU haven't been decided we will be having confirm details by the afternoon regarding time.

As per the rules and regulations it has been confirmed that the transfer of foreign transaction currency will maximizing been credited in the respective accounts by 01/07/18 at 1:30pm.

Court decision

As to notify that NASA has won the case in their favor in both the Supreme Court of INDIA as well as UNITED STATES. 

So at the final decision RBI and Indian government have last time and date to clear the bank balance before 28/06/18.

In case if they still make any changes with MOU by today itself then RBI need to provide a letter to the  dealer and NASA that it would be there responsibility to clear all bank transactions and 3 MOU before 28/06/18.

Title clearation

After all the confirmation and discussion with senior head we had confirmed that all the clearation regarding MISS JAINY SHAH'S deal would be cleared by THURSDAY evening. 


All the MOU will be signed before the end of the 28/06/18 because it's the last date India has. If they get fails in signing the MOU before 28/06/18 they need to pay 60% of penalty charge to keep dollars in India. 

Bank transfers as well as all other confirmation regarding the deal and demand will be cleared before 28/06/18.

This is the last date issued. Now there will be no changes in it.

Result Declaration

According to the  cabinet it has been finalized that deal will be held on 25/06/18 and 27/06/18 at morning 11:30am. As the MOU gets cleared all the finalization would be cleared. 

Bank clearance will be there on monday morning by 12:00pm. all the deals and transfer has been cleared and approved.

Clearance post on request of CABINET

We are sorry to inform all the date and time were not as given and we need to change ot during all situations. 

MOU has been confirmed with the situation and basis on 25/06/18 ata10:00am at nadiad itself. 

BANK transfer has been cleared through RBI of INDIA and had given the letter with approval as per the letter we are confirmed that amount will be transferred maximizing within 48 to 72 hours. Time must be noted by 6:30pm of 19/06/18.

Confirmation with MOU

After clearation with NDTV and AAJ TAK news channels interview time will be of 9:30pm on 19/06/18. 

Sorry to inform that due to hold of foreign currency bank had kept the account on hold for 4 hours. All the transactions will be cleared maximum by 9:00am on 19/06/18. This time there will be no changes that's for sure. 

MOU time would be 5:30pm on 19/06/18 at ahemdabad.

Tax clearation

With the clearation of INCOME TAX it has been confirmed that 9.2% interest is been debited from their respective accounts. 

Limitations has been allotted to account holders for their transactions.

As amount gets debited within an hour bank and income tax will be approving for the transaction within 24 hours. 

We honorly request and hope that all the confirmation and clearation will be given to dealer before media arrives and have questions on cabinet and Indian government

Clearance blog

After the clarification and clearation through BANK OF BARODA 'S wwbsite We had confirmed that net balance crediting has been shown in their respective accounts and due to Government clearance and foreign policy act 254 amount will be in use to dealer within the 24 hours of crediting message. 

DEALER will be able to use the amount through bank or ATM within 24 hours.  We are glad to inform that after a long wait of 6 month dealer is finally free with the first clearance. 



As per the decidement it is confirmed that after the credited amount comes in the use to dealer MOU will be signed right after 4 hours of the clearance through foreign policy act 254 and Government clearance. 


Confirmed with the head manager of BANK OF BARODA and with his advice and conditions only we had gave the information regarding the transfer balance.

Confirmation Blog

After all the confirmation we are being confirmed that all the bank transfers will maximizing cleared at 1:30am on 18/06/2018. Transfer doesn't matter with MOU now because bank has already cleared and it is in net clearing as per the latest updates. 

Media confirmation is on Tuesday at the evening 8:30pm. 

MOU has been confirmed only but if the possibility of RBI is possible by the evening of late night. Or else dealer must tell the parties to shift the MOU on tomorrow so there must be no issues of any cheating clearance.

Media has confirmed the interview on tuesday evening at 8:30pm in Nadiad. 

After the clearation of MOU it has been decided that payment won't be allowed to use until the clearation of RESERVE BANK OF INDIA. 

MOU would be signed on 17/06/2018 on 11:55pm. In the presence of cabinet party and opposition party with the members of NASA. 

All the account transaction must be in clearing and it would be cleared maximizing by 17/06/2018 on 11:00pm. All transactions and responsibility of bank transfer and Time has been allotted to the bank through Indian cabinet party with the approval of Opposition party and NASA.

They will be dealing with MOU on 17/06/2018 at 22:45 to 12:00am. 

MOU will be dealt in the presence of both cabinet and opposition party as well. After the clarification cabinet party will be having 12% of part, 15% to INDIAN GOVERNMENT and 8% to opposition party.

After finalizing and being cleared with documents and meetings we have been decided that all the account clearation script will be cleared before 11am on 14/06/2018.

Meeting have been confirmed for tomorrow and with great excitement we are happy to declare that now the date of MOU of 22/06/2018 won't be changed because we have finally support of cabinet party too..
